NEW YORK - The college football season may not have kicked off yet, but it's time to start thinking about bowl season for animal lovers. Specifically, the Kitten Bowl, which will return for its sixth year in 2019.

The 2-hour event, put together with the help of the North Shore Animal League, aims to advocate for adoption and find lots for "furever" homes for its feline competitors.
