HEMPSTEAD — Parking lots across Nassau County are packed to the brim as voters make their way out to place their ballots on Nov. 7.

"It's Election Day I never miss an election, no matter what it is. President, or any other kind," says North Massapequa voter Terry Sullivan.

Throughout Election Day, FiOS1 News will be checking in at polling places across the Island, speaking to voters about the issues they care about and why they voted.
