EAST MEADOW — A man is facing some serious charges after police say he exposed himself to an 11-year-old girl. Now in a FiOS1 News Exclusive, Adislado Carillo tells FiOS1 News that he's been falsely accused.

Carillo of East Meadow faces charges including public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child in connection with an alleged incident in Westbury back on July 6. According to Nassau County police, Carillo got out of a white pickup truck with his jeans down around 8:15 a.m. and exposed himself to the 11-year old who had been walking north on School Street near Walton Place.

Speaking in Spanish, Carillo tells FiOS1 News that he told detectives he was at work when the alleged incident took place. He says he told detectives they could talk to his boss for proof.

“Like I told the detectives yesterday, you can call my boss in that I work every day,” Carillo says.

Police say the victim kept walking and that when she made it to Westbury Middle School she told an adult what allegedly happened.

Police say Carillo is set to face a judge for his arraignment nearly a month from now on Aug. 14.
