BALDWIN –– It is unclear when AIM Pharmacy and Surgical Corp. will reopen after owner Lutful Chowdhury was arrested Monday. Chowdhury faces federal charges after being accused of selling a high volume of prescription painkillers, including oxycodone, from May 2006 to September 2011. He allegedly knew some of the scripts were forged and that several of his customers were drug abusers.
