GARDEN CITY — Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano took the stage at Cradle of Aviation Museum Wednesday to deliver his third State of The County Address. Mangano detailed his administration's accomplishments over the last year, during which he says Nassau faced fiscal challenges that required tough decisions.
