GARDEN CITY — Students from area middle and high schools presented their projects Monday during the Long Island Science and Engineering Fair at the Cradle of Aviation Museum. Many of the students are studying medicine, and hope that their studies will lead to breakthroughs in the future. Finalists from this round of the science competition will go on to an international fair in Pittsburgh in April.
