Five Course Tasting Menu That's Different Every Day
Though it may not seem that way on the outside, eatMOSAIC is very different from most restaurants. Opened by Jonathan Contes and Tate Morris, the restaurant has a five course tasting menu that changes daily based on what they see at the market. Contes and Morris both worked under renowned chef Guy Reuge at Mirabelle, a highly regarded restaurant on the island. eatMOSAIC has garnered consistently high ratings from Zagat and other publications for its uniqueness and quality.
