MINEOLA — Some major changes to the NICE Bus service will go into effect on Sunday. Among the changes include two express routes for trips to the 179th Street station in Jamaica, Queens during rush hour and better schedule coordination with the LIRR. Veolia Transportation officials said they wanted to provide the most service possible without fare increases.
