RIVERHEAD — A Yaphank man convicted of a sex crime against a minor was given the maximum sentence of 25 years to life behind bars. Officials say Wilbur Wright Jr., 46, had sex with a 10-year-old several times during a two-year period. The judge also issued an order of protection barring Wright from having any contact with the girl.
