HEMPSTEAD — Hofstra University marked Holocaust Remembrance Day with the opening of an art exhibit that honors the millions of victims. The art is by Yonia Fain, an internationally acclaimed artist, poet and former Hofstra professor. The exhibit features more than 20 of his works.

The exhibit of Fain’s work will continue at the campus gallery through Aug. 3.
