WOODMERE — Nassau County police are looking for a masked man who they said stabbed a store employee during a robbery at Woodmere Express on West Broadway Friday morning. The suspect went behind the counter, sprayed a substance in the clerk's face and began to take money from the cash register, according to detectives. During a struggle, officers said the man stabbed the employee with an unknown weapon. The victim is expected to recover, authorities said.
