ELMONT — Police have arrested two Queens men who they said were caught in the act of stealing money from an ATM at a Chase Bank. Officers said they received tips of the suspects acting suspicious at the branch on Linden Boulevard Tuesday afternoon. According to authorities, officers saw Jason Rowe, 29, and Jonathan Harris, 24, inserting Visa debit Pay Power cards encoded with stolen account information into the bank's ATM in order to withdraw cash. The pair is facing several charges, including grand larceny.
