FARMINGDALE — Farmingdale State College and the Farmingdale community is in mourning after a plane crash in Pennsylvania killed two students Thursday. Nineteen-year-old Casey Falconer, a sophomore from Garden City Park, and 34-year-old Patrick Sheridan of Long Beach were both in the college's aviation program. Sheridan, the plane's pilot, would have graduated this weekend. A third person, 21-year-old Evan Kisseloff, survived the crash. He told FiOS1 News that he's not yet ready to talk publicly.

Flags at Farmingdale's Aerospace Center are being flown at half-staff.
