RIVERHEAD – Police have made an arrest in the case of a woman found dead near a shopping center. Guillermo Alvarado-Ajcuc has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Mirian Garcia.

Garcia's body was found May 7 in the parking lot of a shopping center on Old Country Road.
