A Middle Island teen was killed when his jet ski crashed into the anchor of a boat Sunday in Peconic Bay. According to police, 14-year-old Dominic Trionfo was operating the jet ski when it struck the boat's anchor chain. Trionfo was rushed to shore and transferred to Peconic Bay Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
