Athletes from across the region, including members of the New York Mets, the Brooklyn Nets, and student-athletes from Hofstra University are all pitching in to help victims of Hurricane Sandy. From collecting food donations to serving meals and helping clear debris and recover ruined homes, the athletes all agree that this is the time to come together and help out those in need.
