After spending a lot of time in the spring and summer on the beach, Jill Belovin got frustrated at the amount of garbage she was seeing. When she discovered Operation S.P.L.A.S.H., a group dedicated to stopping pollution on Long Island's beaches, Jill decided it was time to take action and got a group of friends together to set up the Baldwin branch.
