A judge ordered the teen charged in connection with the deadly October 2012 Southern State Parkway car crash back to jail. After posting bail, 18-year-old Joseph Beer was released earlier this month, however he was ordered back Thursday after officials said a drug test administered last week showed marijuana in his system. Beer was allegedly under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash that killed four of his friends.
