Fourteen-year-old Tyler Martin is one of many children who have trained at Bettinelli's Community Boxing Academy in Lindenhurst. BCBA is a non-profit agency founded in 2004 by Ray Bettinelli. Ray's goal is to help build strong character by training children in Olympic-style amateur boxing. A one-time fee gets you 14 classes and covers equipment and other costs. Children who've enrolled also have free access to the gym until the age of 18. Tamani talks with Ray to learn more about how he found the space and what challenges he currently faces.
