NEW YORK — More than two dozen House Democrats have invited dreamers to be their guest at President Trump's State of the Union, including Congresswoman Nita Lowey who represents Westchester and Rockland counties.

Congresswoman Lowey says Hugo "Alex" Acosta Mazariego, a dreamer from Rockland County will be in the balcony as the president addresses the nation.

"Hugo is a lovely articulate young man. He was brought here by his parents under the age of 15. He's working after he went to school. He has a very good job with Apple," says Lowey.

Long Island Congressman Tom Suozzi says he will be bringing Nelson Melgar, 27, who came to the United States from Honduras when he was 13-year-old.

The #MetToo movement will also be represented. At least 10 lawmakers are expected to bring victims of sexual assault and activists to the speech.

President Donald Trump will address the nation at 9 p.m.
