The three Queens residents arrested following a major drug bust announced by Suffolk police on Wednesday were arraigned Thursday.

The investigation started with an overdose that led officials to an online site where investigators ordered glassine envelopes and pure liquid Fentanyl.

The arrests of Hussein Kaafarani, his son Ali Kaafarini and Mohamed Nehme came after police say they paid around $20,000 for fentanyl in Great Neck. All three suspects pleaded not guilty to charges.

Bail was set in the millions for Mohammed Nehme and Ali Kaafarini, but bail was set at $5,000 bond over $2,500 cash for Hussein Kaafarini who is a prior deported alien with ties to Lebanon. Despite the prosecution asking he be remanded, he made bail.

In this case, Hussein Kaafarini faces just one charge. While Ali Kaafarini and Mohammad Nehme face a slew of charges that could land them each decades in jail.
