Judge rejects attempt to conceal potential notes in alleged Schneiderman abuse case

Attorney Peter Gleason had tried to conceal potential notes regarding the former AG's alleged abuse of two women

Manhattan Federal Judge Kimba Wood has rejected attorney Peter Gleason's attempt to conceal potential notes regarding former New York Attorney General Eric Schniederman's alleged abuse of two women who came to Gleason in 2013.

The Mahopac attorney had filed a motion in court on May 11 saying he shared the allegations with now-President Donald Trumps' attorney, Michael Cohen, five years ago. The motion was dined as officials do not know if the records containing the women's identities exist or not.

Gleason says that he is concerned that the women's identities may be in the documents taken by federal agents when Cohen's office was raided on April 9 as part of the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.
