SCARSDALE — Thousands of residents in Westchester County are riding out Wednesday's storm inside of their cold and dark homes, and County Executive George Latimer says he is outraged with the work of Con Edison and NYSEG. Latimer is calling for the resignations of senior management at both utility companies for their work during the recent weather events.

However, in a press conference on Wednesday, the CEO of Con Edison, John McAvoy, said the company did nothing wrong.
