OSSINING — Plow trucks were largely the only vehicles seen driving around on Wednesday night as heavy, wet snow kept drivers off the road.

Some residents are still in the dark from last week's nor'easter and say they are concerned that Wednesday's storm will mean it will be even longer before their power gets restored.
