2nd lawsuit filed against Clarkstown alleges racial profiling, illegal surveillance

Allegations were made by Black Lives Matter group of Rockland County, 5 plaintiffs in the case

A second lawsuit has now been filed against Clarkstown and police department officials over racial profiling and illegal surveillance.

The plaintiffs just held a press conference in White Plains.

Stunning allegations just made by the Black Lives Matter group of Rockland County and five plaintiffs in this case.

They claim they were racially profiled and subjected to illegal surveillance warranted for terrorists by a secret law enforcement unit.

The suit was filed today at the federal court here in White Plains against the Town of Clarkstown and Former Police Chief Mike Sullivan, and retired sergeant Stephen Cole-Hatchard.
