Spring Valley opens immigration service office

The office will provide immigration attorneys who will provide their services pro bono

SPRING VALLEY - As the immigration crisis at the border goes on, local cities and organizations are doing what they can to help their communities.

Spring Valley has partnered with the local Hispanic-American Lion's Club and a non-profit group called Immigrant Hands to open an office that will provide free consultation and legal aid to those in the community in need.

The office will be home to immigration attorneys only, meaning that those seeking help will not deal with paralegals or attorneys with experience in another area. Their services will begin with free consultation and any additional help will be pro bono.
