HOBOKEN - Mayor Ravi Bhalla has announced the formation of a new task force to tackle homelessness in the city.

"The homeless population is unique in its own way, but we're trying to find permanent solutions," Bhalla said.

The task force will be partnering with organizations around the city like the Hoboken Shelter and Hudson Pride Center in order to help the city's homeless population and provide them with the resources they need to stay off the streets long-term.
