A man called one of the most violent gang members in Jersey City by Hudson County prosecutors has been arrested again, after Laquan Clark allegedly posted videos on Facebook of witness interviews stemming from an investigation that led to his original arrest.

The 31-year-old has been listed as one of the “most violent” gang members by the Hudson County Prosecutor’s office when he was arrested along with 21 others in April.

Prosecutors say that the witness interviews were allegedly poste don Clark’s Facebook page on Tuesday and Wednesday, and that comments underneath the video included threats against the lives of the people who appeared in them.

“These folks are not witnesses,” said Jacob Hudnut, Clark’s attorney. “They’re not informants, which is what the witness tampering statue requires. They’re co-defendants, these are folks that were arrested at around the same time s Mr. Clark, earlier in 2016, and they chose to answer the police officer’s questions.”

Clark is facing 20 years in prison for the witness tampering charges.
