The City of Newark is providing testing for every child that may have been exposed to lead in the drinking water at school.

But officials need volunteers to help with patient registration and are making a plea to any parent or guardian that has time to help.

The volunteer dates are:

Tuesday, March 22, at Belmont Runyon School
Wednesday, March 23, at New Speedway School
Thursday, March 24, at Technology High School

Each testing date will run from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and officials ask that all volunteers be available for the entire event.
