LINCOLN PARK — Students were briefly evacuated from Lincoln Park Elementary School on Wednesday due to a possible bomb threat.

Parents were informed of the threat just before 2 p.m., when the school was evacuated and students were moved to the Lincoln Park Firehouse less than a mile away.

"It's sad. It's really sad," said Debbie Giannatasio.

Law enforcement confirmed that there was a threat made. They have not released any information about a suspect.

Teachers returned to the building just after 3 p.m.
