FAIR LAWN — Authorities are on alert in Bergen County after fourth-grade students at Warren Point School claimed a man tried to enter the building. The unidentified man reportedly came up to a door, knocked, and tried to have the students open it for him. The man never made it inside the school, and students describe the suspect as a white man in his 30s, cleanly shaven. He was wearing a black sweatshirt with a green hood.

Police have increased security around the elementary and hope to find the man.
