Growing concern for parents in Tinton Falls after pills found in school cereal

Parents say they haven’t received any emails from the school regarding the pills regarding an investigation

Parents are still waiting for an explanation after a 11-year-old student discovered two pills in the cereal package she purchased at the Swimming River Elementary School.

FiOS1 spoke with parents who say they are frustrated that they weren’t notified of the discovery or kept up on the investigation that has followed. Parents also say they are yet to receive any emails from the principal or the school district regarding the pills a full week later.
