BRIDGEWATER — Congressman Leonard Lance hosted a town hall meeting inside Bridgewater Raritan Middle School on Saturday, five days after protesters rallied outside his Westfield office. To a crowd of about 400 people, Congressman Lance weighed in on just about every issue in Washington, mentioning his support for undocumented immigrants after taking a question from a voter about DACA.

"I favor DACA reform and I favor a path to make legal those who are currently here in an undocumented status, the DACA population,” said Lance.

Lance also spoke about the Russia investigation, voicing his support of sanctions on Russia.

"If the sanctions are not enforced, we will go to lengths to make sure they are," he said.

During the town hall, Lance said he did not support President Trump's border wall, but he is for stronger border security using other methods.
